Please note that I don't accept walk-ins. All meetings are by appointment only.

I accept private pay (paying without going through insurance), Hennepin Health, TriCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare,

UCare and Minnesotacare.

Book online

You can use our online portal to book an appointment time, fill out intake paperwork, and tell me about the symptoms you're dealing with before your first visit.

You are also welcome to book an appointment via phone by leaving a message on my voicemail at: (612) 430-7558 and I will call you back as soon as possible.

This voicemail account is not checked outside of business hours and should not be used for mental health emergencies of any kind. Please contact your county emergency mental health line if you need more immediate help.
